Returns & Refunds

Hardware / Parts Returns

All returns for parts must be accompanied by a RMA. Parts are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. They must be in the original condition and unused.

To complete a return:

  1. Request a RMA
  2. Carefully package the equipment and ship back to the address listed on the RMA
  3. When the product is returned, an assigned technician will review the part and approve or deny the return
  4. If approved, the amount paid for the part will be refunded

Ineligible Returns

Items that are returned past the 30 day return period may be denied an RMA. Parts that have been tampered with may be denied a refund. Returned damaged parts may not be eligible for return/ refund. Services and Professional services are not eligible for refund.

Returns on Services / Professional Services

Services, repairs, and/ or professional services are not eligible for return / refund. Software licensed are not eligible for return/ refund.

Exchanges & Part Warranties

Parts and repairs carry a 90 day warranty for craftmanship and early failure. Abuse, water damage, electrical shock, abuse, etc void warranty

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be made using the same method that was used to pay for the order.

If a part or repair fails within the 90 day warranty, contact us for an RMA / RA.
